Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:
by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay you all payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.
For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you.
Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium if:
the consumer has expressly agreed that performance of the contract begins before the withdrawal period expires,
the consumer has confirmed that they are aware that, by giving their consent, they lose their right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins,
and the trader has provided the consumer with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium.

By purchasing a digital product or digital service (e.g. training plans, nutrition plans, online courses, video trainings, recipe databases, PDF files, download products, memberships or other digital content), you expressly agree that we begin performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires.
At the same time you confirm that you are aware that you lose your right of withdrawal once the provision of the digital content or the activation of access begins.
Consent at Checkout
Before completing the order, the customer must actively confirm the following statement:
☐ I expressly agree that OSM Handels- und Service GmbH begins providing the digital content or activating my access before the withdrawal period expires. I am aware that I thereby lose my right of withdrawal.
